01 Problem
Working with Throttl, Fulham Timber became a merchant of many firsts in the independent merchanting industry. First website of its kind, first real-time fine-tuned search, the first to utilise personalisation.
They also wanted to become the first with an app to offer customers a seamless mobile shopping experience.
02 Approach
Having reviewed heatmaps and footage of customer usage of the Fulham Timber mobile website, our UX (user experience) and UI (user interface) designers got to work to design a familiar yet even more seamless mobile shopping experience.
Having presented executives wireframes and prototypes which were swiftly approved, our developers completed development of the app within 14 days.
03 Result
Within 30 days of launch, we saw over 1,500 downloads of the app.
Today the app is the fastest growing sales channel for Fulham Timber with thousands of repeat users.
